Clinical Images
The ProSound Alpha10cv delivers outstanding performance from routine examination to research, including the early evaluation of atherosclerosis with eTRACKING, evaluation of Ischemic Cascade with Stress Echo, A-SMA, Automatic Cardiac Quantification measurement (real time calculation of the EF), TDI, Strain Strain rate functions, asynchrony evaluation before and after CRT, FAM, and Wave Intensity offering new index to assess the inter-action between the heart and the vessels.
Features
Broadband Harmonics™
Harmonic imaging by Broadband Harmonics™ technology delivers sensitivity and resolution comparable to those of fundamental imaging. In addition to reducing side lobes and multiple echoes, more detailed image information and much higher penetration in deeper areas are achieved.
Directional eFLOW™ (D-eFLOW)
Compared with conventional blood flow display methods, D-eFLOW™ features enhanced spatial and time resolutions for greater detail. The A10cv detects all flows (in narrow vessels with very low velocity flows) as well as high velocity flows (in adjacent large vessels) and automatically displays them without neither overlapping tissue images nor user’s PRF adjustments. By assigning separate colors to flows moving toward and away from the transducer, it is also possible to separately display flows traveling in parallel.
Free Angular M-Mode (FAM)
Three M-Mode lines can be set at any position and angle simultaneously, thus eliminating the complications involved with usual ultrasound systems in getting accurate measurements when the conventional view cannot be acquired. Additionally, wall motion at different positions can be compared simultaneously, making it possible to accurately measure an eventual delay.
Supports preventive medicine
eTRACKING™ assists the evaluation of early atherosclerosis as preventive medicine. An embedded simple FMD measurement procedure is also available.
Advanced functions including 3D Automated Volume Measurement, 3D color, 3D multi-slicing and comprehensive cardiovascular analysis package are available.
